The morning time is the best time to connect with God in the Bible and prayer. Here is an encouraging Bible verse: Mark 1:35 Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a solitary place; and there He prayed. Jesus really liked the morning time for prayer and Bible reading.
Morning Scripture Verse – Revelation Chapter 8
Revelation chapter 8 talks about the prayers of the saints resulting in the seven trumpets of God’s judgment. In this Bible verse the saints are the Christians and God’s people. The first four trumpets are covered in this chapter. The key verses are:
The prayers of the saints are offered: Rev 8:3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.
The prayers of the saints are accepted by God: Rev 8:4 And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand.
The prayers of God’s people are answered by God: Rev 8:5 And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.
Happy Ending
Everyone loves a happy ending. The Bible ends in a happy way. Some people jump to the last book of the Bible, the book of Revelation, and read how God finishes the Bible in a happy way. At the end, all evil is conquered. All evil is thrown into the eternal trash can called the lake of fire. Those who follow evil also end up in the trash. God is on the throne in a heavenly city, the New Jerusalem. God’s people, who believe in Jesus, will live with Him in this city for eternity and be a part of the happy ending.
Morning Scripture Verse – Revelation Chapter 7
Today’s Bible verses are from Revelation chapter 7. These verses exalt Christ and are a great comfort to us believers. All three of these verses mention Christ as the Lamb of God.
Revelation 7:10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
Revelation 7:14 And I said to him, “Sir, you know.” So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
Revelation 7:17 for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
Tribulation
John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; See my blog God Feels Pain, Tears and Disappointment.

Morning Scripture Verse – Revelation Chapter 6
Some morning Bible verses to think about, no commentary today.
Revelation 6:9-10 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the witness they had borne. They cried out with a loud voice, “O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”
Revelation 6:16 calling to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who is seated on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb,
But now an encouraging verse from Paul’s letters: 1 Thessalonians 5:24 He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.
